You are looking for a full-time remote position working during the US Eastern time zone and are excited about working with a high growth global team to enthusiastically manage the onboarding of new clients.
Working closely with the Client Success team, you will be responsible for building trust and growing the client relationship during the initial 90-day onboarding of new clients. A communications pro, you’re passionate about helping customers, and excel at communicating via video meetings, phone, and email. You are comfortable leading calls, initiating client outreach, and collaborating with the team to provide a successful onboarding experience.

Compensation for this role is commensurate with experience. This is an independent contractor position.
Our process involves completing several assessments, as well as completing a multi-week paid trial period to see how we work together.
